• To serve as an example of the quality of the service we offer to our customers who want to take advantage of our translation service, a free trial translation not exceeding 150 words can be made upon request.
• Customer satisfaction with the service received is our top priority. Therefore, when you receive your completed project, we expect you to evaluate the service quality as soon as possible. Based on the service process evaluations and the service quality, we will contact you and provide a compensation service free of charge when necessary.
